Instructions:

1. Run the setup.

3. Go to "__Installer" and install "Visual 2013 32 Bit (x86)" and "Visual 2013 64 Bit (x64)" if you haven't installed it yet.

4. Choose and run one language. (You can skip this part if you just want English.)

5. Right click "TS4.exe" and click "Run as administrator" to prevent any errors.
